The verdict
A full color 4" downlight bulb, now discontinued. Its white light is excellent (CRI 93, Rf 91), it dims down to 1.1 lm, its warmest white is 2227K, and I measured no flicker risk.
A solid all-round bulb with no major weakness in my tests.
