High flickerGE Cync CFIXCNLR4CRVD 4" downlight full color smart bulb
The verdict
A full color 4" downlight bulb. Its white light is excellent (CRI 93, Rf 90), it dims down to 1.5 lm, its warmest white is 2117K, and flicker risk is high.
The flicker is the problem. At full brightness it measured 75% percent flicker. I would keep it out of reading lamps, desks and rooms where anyone is flicker sensitive.
