The verdict

A solid evening lens. It blocks 96% of body-clock light, but 17 lenses block more, and under a warm 2700K bulb about 9% still gets through.

Enough for the last hour before bed under dim, warm light. Under bright overhead LEDs late at night, a red lens blocks more.

Simulated from the lens's measured color. A lens that blocks blue and green darkens cool colors and keeps warm ones.
